About the Role

As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for operating automated paint machinery and applying high-quality finishes to shock absorbers moving through a production line. You will also be required to enter and adjust machine functions/settings to ensure consistent paint quality and efficient production output.

Key Responsibilities



Operate spray-painting equipment and automated paint systems



Prepare and paint automotive shock absorbers to production standards



Input and adjust machine settings and functions as required



Monitor production line quality and maintain paint consistency



Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance



Follow workplace health and safety procedures



Work efficiently within a high-volume manufacturing environment



Meet daily production targets and quality standards

Skills & Experience Required



Proven experience in industrial or automotive spray painting



Experience working in a manufacturing or production line environment



Ability to operate automated machinery and production equipment



Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship



Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment



Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused



Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
